Meet Kaden, a young man with incredible faith!
In 2021, Kaden suffered an accident that resulted in the amputation of his right leg. Even though Kaden went through a challenging season in his life, he held on to his faith and continued putting his hope in God. Today, Kaden has been gifted another chance at life, wears a prosthetic leg, and continues to find strength in Christ.
“I have always looked up to how Tim was different. God was his rock and he was proud of that. It would be incredible to meet Tim and just to pray with him.” – Kaden
Kaden’s W15H to meet Tim was granted in October of 2021. His special weekend kicked off with an ax-throwing activity before dinner where Tim was able to surprise him! After ax throwing, Kaden and his family had a private dinner with Tim. His favorite part was getting to talk about God and his faith, while surrounded by people who love and care for him.
On Saturday, Kaden went behind the scenes of SEC Nation and went to lunch at the University of Georgia’s tailgate. After that, he went to the University of Georgia vs Kentucky game! The day ended with one of Kaden’s favorite foods–sushi! It was truly a weekend to remember.
It was our honor to grant Kaden a W15H weekend for him to remember, and we are thankful that he is now a part of our W15H family forever!
If you would like to support us in providing additional W15H experiences for children like Kaden, we invite you to donate today or join The Movement. 100% of every dollar raised goes directly towards outreach.
