5 Ways the TTF W15H Program Shares Faith, Hope and Love

The Tim Tebow Foundation’s W15H program fulfills the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses whose wish is to meet Tim Tebow. This program has created incredible, one-of-a-kind experiences for more than 50 deserving children who get to spend one-on-one time in fellowship with Tim, be treated to their favorite foods at fine restaurants, have VIP experiences of their favorite activities and, over-all, be pampered on a four-day, three-night, all-expense-paid excursion.
In honor of #W15Hweek, through which we are seeking to fully fund this season’s W15H experiences, here are five ways a W15H experience provides Faith, Hope and Love.
1. A CHILD LOOKS FORWARD TO A W15H WITH GREAT ANTICIPATION
There is certainly something to be said about the anticipation of a great experience. For our W15H children, the planning phase is very exciting. They get to enjoy learning the details of their experience, imagining the special moments they will have. In the midst of a doctor visit or hospital stay, each W15H child still has something to look forward to as his or her W15H is being planned and scheduled!
2. A W15H PROVIDES A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME EXPERIENCE
Each child’s W15H consists of travel, accommodations, gifts, customized daily activities and dining reservations, all in addition to special one-on-one time with Tim. W15H venues include NFL games, Award Shows, Disney World, SEC Nation College Game Days and more. Each W15H is unique in its own way, and each W15H promises to provide memories to last a lifetime and experiences never to be forgotten.

3. A W15H GUIDES CHILDREN TO THE PROMISES IN GOD’S WORD
Our favorite gift to share with each W15H child is a Bible. We pray that this is one gift that will bless the W15H children throughout their lives, as they search for comfort, encouragement and guidance. We want every W15H child to know that they are special; God loves them more than they could ever imagine, and God has a great plan for their lives. During their one-on-one time with Tim, he often shares some of his favorite verses and always takes time to pray with the W15H families.
4. A W15H LIFTS SPIRITS AND MAKES HEARTS HAPPY
Proverbs 15:13 says, “A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit.”
Our W15H children have experienced more than their fair share of heartache as they have battled their life-threatening illnesses. Their daily routines usually involve doctor visits, treatments, tests and scans. A W15H serves as a beautiful disruption of these daily routines. Spending one-on-one time with Tim and receiving VIP treatment can certainly make the heart happy! By the end of a W15H experience, the child is feeling encouraged, rejuvenated and uplifted.

The Tim Tebow Foundation stays in touch with the W15H children and their families, talking on the phone, organizing visits, celebrating birthdays and sharing prayer requests.
