Employment

The Tim Tebow Foundation is currently looking for a Mission Driven, experienced, and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. Please inquire with Kyle@timtebowfoundation.org. Below is a brief description of the role:

The ideal candidate is mission driven and wants to join a fast-growing team that works to fight for those who cant fight for themselves. Our mission is to bring Faith, Hope, & Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need and we are looking for a candidate to help our mission expand, and to go further and faster. This candidate will apply their digital marketing capabilities to help TTF grow through various goals, objectives, and metrics.

Digital Marketing

  • Work with the Marketing Director, and Content Manager, to identify key goals, and objectives for the TTF Marketing team
  • Design, implement, and execute digital fundraising campaigns for the organization
  • Build, maintain, and grow various digital distribution platforms, i.e. social media, website, email, and text
  • Design digital marketing campaigns alongside the Content Manager that share the story of the TTF mission, and bring value to the audience
  • Create and execute email-marketing strategies using Luminate & Mailchimp
  • Build digital advertising campaigns to promote key brands & products using various ad suites
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent

Content Development & Creation

  • Proactively learn stories, and find content opportunities that exist within the database of video footage, blogs, and photos
  • Responsible for watching historical content, and learning about the organization to aid in content development and creation
  • Support the Marketing & Engagement Team in the creation of content to be deployed across all digital platforms
  • Proactively learn stories, and find content opportunities that exist within the database of video footage, blogs, and photos
  • Provide feedback and insight to the content team
  • Work with the content team to produce content geared toward driving success within outlined goals and objectives

Data Analysis & Post-Creative Strategy

  • Analyze digital data, and audience insights/feedback, to draw key recommendations that can be implemented into the creative process
  • Conduct conversion optimization consultancies, with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI
  • Provide ROI analysis of all online marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators.
  • Continually mine Google Analytics, and social media accounts for information and insights to improve overall brand performance
