With all that the Tim Tebow Foundation does in serving children, there is a desire to provide the “next level” in sharing Faith, Hope and Love as we believe the work of the foundation is a reflection of God’s love for them. As such, the W15H program offers far more than a typical wish granting experience. Official W15H experiences provide children with a 4 day/3 night adventure including airfare, first-rate accommodations, customized daily activities, their hearts desire in dining reservations, gifts and one-on-one time with Tim. But even beyond the one-of-a-kind weekend experience, each child who receives a W15H also joins the TTF family and is continually loved on and prayed for.

As we head into our official W15H season, we wanted to let Alex Faircloth, who was welcomed into our TTF family last year, share with you how her W15H has impacted her life…

The Tim Tebow Foundation granted my W15H in October of 2016 by allowing me to spend one-on-one time with Tim Tebow, be a guest on the SEC Nation set, and watch the Kentucky versus Mississippi State football game. This was not just a weekend to watch football; it was a weekend to forget about my illness and be impacted by my hero. Being born with Cystic Fibrosis, normal was not a term to describe my life. Because of hours of treatments a day and calling the hospital my second home, I have to find strength in something greater than myself. That something is a person and His name is Jesus. My faith has kept me fighting against a disease that tries to bring me down. Along with my family and friends fighting with me, so is Tim Tebow. He was fighting with me before I met him and almost a year later, he continues to fight with me. Since last October I have spent time with Tim on different occasions and each time is blessed. During the time spent with him and his foundation, I forget about Cystic Fibrosis. I am a normal person talking about life, football, and Jesus. Tebow and every person in the W15H family have forever impacted my life. I am constantly reminded that I am being prayed for, fought for, and a part of a plan that is much greater than myself. I am eternally grateful for Tim Tebow and his heart.

The Tim Tebow Foundation’s W15H program exists to fulfill the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses whose wish is to meet Tim Tebow. We have been so blessed to be able host 70 official W15H experiences to-date, as well as hundreds of Brighter Days.
